What your Realtor said was correct. Depending on the area, the buyers that are looking are those spending up to $300K. Do you have special incentives for the buyers and/or their agent? Do you have a Home Warranty? Have you thought of getting the photos done professionally? Is the home really priced right? If there are other similar homes in the area, is yours priced higher or lower than the similar properties?
There are many ways to market the property and you and/or your agent needs to think outside the box. (ie - if the home is within a few miles to stables, you may want to list the property in some equestrian publications.) Using newspapers or those home magazines you find for free at the store don't get nearly as much us as the internet. And seeing that it's listed on Realtor.com, it's probably fed to about a dozen of other different sites.
Hope that helps. I cannot go into specifics because you are listed with an agent. Just get with your agent over some coffee and as for the latest statistics for the area and perhaps brainstorm some ideas.
