Hello my landlord gave me and my wife until 10/31/12 to move out of the apartment we rent, we pay our rent on time every month

but we are trying to rent a house but because i have a tax lien that is being payed and ID theft they said no one let us rent a house we need both incomes to make the rent what can we do to rentails about your question (optional)

If you are month to month on your lease then 30 days notice is required. Any notice given does not take effect until the 1st of the following month. If you were notified on 10/3 then the notice to vacate would take effect on 11/1 and you'd have to vacate by 11/30/12.

If you have poor credit you will have a very hard time finding a rental in Center City. There are some landlords who may consider poor credit applicants if they prepay several months of rent up front. If you'd like to discuss privately call me on my cell.

So you need an agent who can really sort out your problem within no time. Just try to find a local agent and put your conditions and rates, it's then his headache to find a good deal.
