Hello Tim: can you recommend a good realtor for a first time home buyer?
I worked with one for 6 months, and I feel that we both have wasted our time because when I found the right coop, I was not aware that they wanted you to have one year worth of expenses in your bank account.... I will have a little more left after paying the 20% and transfer tax closing cost, but certainly not one year worth of mortagage maintenance expenses.
