Hello; Please send me information about mobile home lots in Calistoga.

You send me much info about mobile homes for sale but you never inform the public about the rental lot fees. I find the homes to be reasonabley priced but you elude to include what we, the public, can expect to pay for the lot of land that the home sits on. I would like to know all things to prepare myself about living my retirement in Calistoga.

But Realtorsd do not represent Mobile Home Parks:

If you were looking for a plot of vacant land; that might be something that would evoke a response.
I'm sure you can research Mobile Home parks.

Hello Bob, what is the maximum monthly expense your trying to achieve? Why are you only considering Calistoga? If you have a fico between 500-579, you will need 10% down for FHA loan. I can qualify you for a home loan with a minimum 580 fico score to qualify for only half percent down payment. If you have a minimum 620 fico score, you may qualify for USDA Rural zero down payment program? If you buy a mobile and a lot or pay space rent, it all adds up?

If you are a Veteran as I am, I can offer Cal-Vet which will lend you the funds to buy a mobile and put it on a lot, buy one in a park, buy land and put one on it? The mobile can't be any more than 10 years old tho on that loan program?
