Hi there:
Credit is a very important key in purchasing a home in these times. I fyou have credit and money, it is a no brainer....It is time to buy. I fyou have credit challanged, now is the time to get those in order so you you will be in a place to purchase soon, beacuse again, now is the time to buy. Those folks with credit and money are make great investments in todays market. You might look into a FHA loan as this type of loan is not credit score driven.
