Maybe try the ActiveRain network: www.activerain.com (it was down tonight, or I would have given you a more direct link to Portland/Hillsboro).

Perhaps you'll like the answers/advice/information that agents are providing on those sites and will find someone you will be comfortable contacting directly.

Finally, perhaps your employer can suggest some references.
