Hello, I was just wondering if i'm looking into getting a grant for a home, will they give me the grant
percentage for the down payment based on what the house was appraised at, or the amount that the house is selling for?

FIRST ANSWER
There are programs for qualifing first time home buyers out there that still allow for 100% financing. Idaho housing offers such a program and with motivated sellers you may find yourself in a new home sooner than you think. Check with a local lender or I can direct you if you need more assistance or advice.
