But if you want to help you need to be creative. I'm currently renting for 1,200 a month. My credit score is 749. It's not higher because I have some debts (maybe around 40k)...What I want to do is find a good propertie under appraisal ( maybe 50k under or more)....and do one of the following:
1) Make an arragement with the seller to contribute the amount nesessary to eliminate those debts at closing or perhaps before...
2) Or maybe the bank could finance me the propertie and include de 40k in the mortgage, obviously if the propertie could hold the total amount...

Any suggestions??
