If you do not meet their requirements or want a more expensive home than they will allow there is the NSF program you may qualify for with scores as low as 580, basically you get 2 loans one for 96.5% of the price of the home another smaller loan where you can use 3% towards your down payment and closing costs. Not many lenders offer this but I could refer you to a couple that do.
I will give you 2% of the sold price at the closing if you buy your home thru me. Also, we will sell your Home for Just 1% Commission. Luxury & professional.
