I would be glad to get you an FHA loan but I would need to know a bit more information about your finances. Your ability to obtain a loan relies on many financial factors such as income, credit score, expenses, etc. I have been able to give out FHA loans with scores as low as 580. So if you are at this level or above you have a good chance of getting that loan. I am a lender based out of Southern California and I have done plenty of loans throughout Los Angeles county. I would be glad to speak with you to help you get the loan you need to get you in your new condo! So if you have any further questions or need a loan, feel free to contact me. Good Luck! here's a crazy idea, make an appointment with a mtge banker or broker. they're there to help you. they'll do there best to qualify you for a mtge, if possible.

stop wondering, find out. make the appointment.

You need a local Realtor to assist you. Most Realtors have in house lenders who can go over financing with you.

The first tricky part about buying a condo with FHA financing is "Is the the association approved?"

You can go here and check.

https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm

If not we may be able to get it approved, it is a bit of work but it can be done.

Then the next question is do you qualify?

Well give me a call for a free no obligation consultation and we can determine that for you.

Hi Ihodson,
Marina Point Drive there are 3 condominium projects: Regatta Seaside, Cove and Azzurra. For FHA financing the project has to be pre-approved. The Azzurra is not approved. I will be glad to check on the Cove and Regatta to see if FHA approved. It would help to know if you have a FHA pre-approval and if you can qualify for conventional loan. Today the least expensive condo at Marina Pointe asking $489K.
Do not hesitate calling.

Currently the Azzurra HOA is in lawsuit with the builder/developer for needed repairs. As a result financing units for purchase in the building has become difficult and we have not been able to get FHA loans for over 5 years. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Best, Jesse

In order to know if you can qualify for a FHA loan more information would be needed. I can certainly help you figure that out within a few minutes. Call me anytime.

I just got done visiting my brother who lives there, nice area. 280k sounds like a steal, sounds too good to be true actually.

You can go to the following site to look up the condo (Condo ID/Name or by address, city or state)

https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm

I just tried using the site, it may be down due to the government shutdown. I've never seen it say it's available during a certain time of the day...

The alternative way to check is to look up the association and call and ask if it's FHA approved.

Best of luck!

Hi IHodson, the odds are this is a loan some one is being arrears and you found it on this platform. Often times people think they can get something for a great value. Sadly it is not the case. I hope you did not pay to get this information.

FYI I live in Marina Del Rey and know the inventory. Please reach out to me directly so we can discuss a viable strategy to get you a Condo in or near the Marina.
