Hi NJ -

Ditto to the post below - Now to decide what type of house you are looking for and the price range. I recently sold a beautiful home in Marlboro in the 900k range and recently have taken clients out to many homes in the 400 -600k range. I am very familiar with the area market.

Besides that, my office is in Freehold Boro on the fringe of Marlboro with easy access to all.

Send me an email or call and we can discuss where you need to be in regards to transportation and such.

Marlboro, NJ is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Marlboro's schools are rated among the highest in NJ. It offers a wide variety of sports teams, particularly for middle and high school students. Marlboro is also a great commuter location with easy access to Route 9, 18, the Garden State Parkway and the NJ Turnpike. Public transportation -- both local and NYC express buses -- are also available along Route 9. There is an abundance of shopping malls and convenience centers along Route 9 that include fine boutique shops and excellent restaurants. Average price for a 4-bedroom, 2½ bath center hall Colonial home is $400,000. Depending on age of the home and the particular development/area, taxes average $7,000 per year.
