OK, I'm not trying to cause an issue here. BUT, I have had issues with GR in the past and I have stopped recommending them. I would go with Wintrust Mortgage over them anytime.

Depending on what you are considering,if you are looking for a condo or SFH then you can go to residential lender. I would contact Ryan Mecum at Wintrust Mortgage email-rmecum@wintrustmortgage.com

Greetings Brfandon,

Your Credit, Income and Down Payment amount will determine your financing options. If you are buying multiunits of 4 units or less then you can obtain conventional financing. If the building has more than 4 units then you will have to obtain a commercial loan.

Hi Brandon, you have a lot to choose from here! The reason for this is that any good, experienced lender should be able to help you with normal investment property transactions. If you feel that there is anything unusual about your situation or what you are trying to do, please post this, or contact me off of the site.
