Hello, Can a child under 55 buy a home for her mother age 53 ?

You can buy a home for anyone, a car too. If you are borrowing money for part of the purchase make sure you let the lender know what you are doing. Good luck,

Yes of course, unless this is the 'childs' trust fund and then that question needs to be turned over to whomever is handling the child's trust. How old is this 'child'? I think you need to speak with an attorney, doesn't sound like all the facts are here (these are public boards, I would caution you against putting a lot of personal information up here)
