Have builders started pre-sales in Riverside Village? Also, does anyone have more information on 'Lakes of Las Colinas'?

No presales yet that I know of. They haven't even put in the streets yet.....so we're a few months away from getting anything built there. Prices should be higher than in La Villita due to increased commodity prices. Might be less expensive to buy a resale in La Villita or Valley Ranch. Please call me if you're not already working with an agent. Even when buying a new home you always should have free representation to protect your interests. Sales people are always nice and friendly, but represent the builder not the clients.

Hi Dps,
Coventry is accepting lot holds. That's it. Highland, Sanders, Huntington and Darling Homes are not accepting lot holds nor doing pre-sales as of yet. The Lakes will be the upper end side of Riverside. All of these builders are involved and it's the same deal. Would love to keep you updated if you'll send me your e-mail.
