What you can get in this budget will be a bit older and perhaps only 2 bedrooms, but it is attainable. I have seen properties that meet your criteria, particularly in Kissimmee where prices are lower than Davenport.

In addition to being a Realtor, I am also a property manager. I always look at property from an investment perspective when guiding my client. If needed, I provided a financial analysis on every home my clients have an interest in, so there is no guess work in your income and expenses. I have helped many investors buy properties with great returns, and I have a strong understanding of the short term rental market.

Here are some lovely furnished short-term rentals in your price range:

If anything here looks interesting, let me know and I would be happy to help you.

I live in and work in Davenport - right now we are working with 2 clients that are in Davenport that are looking to buy a house that they can do short term rentals with. Davenport is a great area and only 10 minutes from the attractions. It has high traffic for short term rentals. Please give me a call or email me - I can set you up with a property search ASAP.

Hi there,

If you live in the UK, I would suggest a short term rental property is the best bet. You can buy a 3 bed/2 bath property around the attractions. Kissimmee/Davenport would be the best.

Start with my popular blog on this topic: http://www.trulia.com/blog/mark_lemenager/2011/08/vacation_c…

Short term rental can be a great business, if you approach it as a business.

I will tell you that your budget would have been great 2 or 3 years ago, but there is not going to be so much in that price range any more.

Hi, I am an ex Brit, I emigrated here in 09, had my own holiday home for years before that. I can help you with this. I will need to know what sort of place you are looking for, eg Condo, town home, villa.

send me an email deanking@iris-int.com and Will get some properties over for you to look at. I can help you organise your management side of things once you have purchased.
