How much money you have to put down will determined the type of property that should be purchased.

This will allow us to choose the right type of property to enable cash flow.

I have a property not on the market yet in Vail and the owners are ready to list in the next 30-60 days. This maybe perfect for your situation.

Actually Yes!! I believe there is a few condos located in eagle vail and beaver creek, that if had for the right price, could easily cash flow. I have a very close colleague that lives and works in those neighborhoods. Please contact me for any additional information.
