Stokesdale is a wonderful community. I have friends in that area and they wouldn't move away for anything. I haven't been in this home but I did look it up on the MLS. It is a foreclosure so it is what it is, seller most likely will not repair anything but that fits your willingness to ake on a fixer-upper.
