Has anyone been to see the house on 261 Bernice Dr. in Stokesdale? What is it like? Is it in a good area?
Is the area good for kids? Do you think it would be a good investment? What is the tax-value on that home? We are moving back to the area and are open to a fixer with good bones, in a good area. What do you think?

What exactly do you need to know. I can email you the listing so that you can see for yourself the information you want. I have not shown that particular property but, I do go up to Stokesdale periodically to show homes. It is a cute home with the front porch. The tax value is $74,878 and it is advertised as a good investment since it is priced well below tax value and it is on a full acre.
