Has 17 Heather Court sold? I've been told it did but it comes up on the search.

I've received similar listings etc. but wouldn't I have been emailed if it sold? Is it under contract?

If you are referring to 17 Heather Court in the Brookside development of Newtown, then that home is under agreement with an Escape Clause Contingency. So it is ACT-E. (Active with Escape Clause) which means it will continue to show up on your searches. Every transaction is different and I would have to look into what the Escape Clause Contingency was in reference to if you were interested. But if you currently have an agent then your agent could do that for you. I hope this helps.
