Garrett,

There are many ways to define a good or bad investment....unfortunately most involve the slant od a personal opinion that can vary drastically form one individual to another.

For an accurate appreciation of a property probably the best avenue is to create your own clear understanding by payinf a visit to the area, collecting information, and talking to residents.

Good luck

Hi Garrett, Burnt Store Marina is a gated community with a full service marina, golf course, tennis, restaurant and several property styles to chose from including condos, villas and single family homes. The monthly maintenance fees are on the high side ($420) plus an annual fee of $490. As an investment property with the intention of renting it, the numbers may not work, though there are some great deals there right now. At Harbor Towers, it's all about the view the unit has.

Hi Garrett,

I live in Sandoval just off Burnt Store Road where it becomes Veterans Memorial.

Burnt Store Road has some nice houses, close to shopping, schools and Pine Island. Harbor Towers is a gated community with the the same amenities plus the associations offerings. I guess it depends on if you want a gated community or not.

I am happy to set up a search for you if you like for either or both,

Just call or e-mail me your criteria 239-246-6639 or kevin@kevincloutier.com and I will send it all to you.

Thank You
