Hi Lena,

How are you? Hope you've enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving holiday.

The current market in your specific area is what drives the prices then secondarily the quality of your apartment as well as the finishings/amenities. A 1bdrm on the Upper West Side of Manhattan could cost upwards of $2000 for a 665 sq ft apt but that same apt further north in the Inwood section of Manhattan would be $1495 or less. The only way an agent could "accurately" help you price your unit is to know the area and then see the space. I wish you the best with the rental of your apartment.

Looking forward,

Take a look at what opther similar units have rented for in the area as this is the info a tenant will most likely use to make an offer. The more amenities you have the better off you'll be.

Contact a local agent and have them do all the work( setting price, finding a tenant and showing).
