Bobby Jones:

You don't have enough information in this question for anyone to give you an accurate answer. You have not given any details other than 1921 N. Richmond being under contract.

Are you being represented by an Agent? If so, you should reach out to him or her to answer any and all questions regarding this contract.

Bobby,

I have a friend that has allowed his mother's estate to stay under contract now for 11 months which I view as foolish. It really is up to the seller to determine how many times they will extend the contract.

Cindy gave you some good advice, get a realtor to help you find some available properties. Let me know if you are interested in looking in that area or another area.

Good luck!

It has been under contract since it went on the market at the end of April. No way for us to know how much longer it will take and what price it will close. Use an agent to find you a good buy that's actually available, instead of chasing this property that is already under contract.
