Not wanting to sound tough but if you don't have any - as zero positive trade lines - positive credit items don't even apply. The answer will be negative. To build up your credit first get a secure credit card. I prefer Orchard Bank (google orchard bank secure credit card). After using the secure credit card for six months apply for a Walmart or gas credit card.

If you do have current positive credit lines that are open and you can use apply with a lender who offers credit remediation or contact a credit repair law firm, such as Lexington Law.

If you need any assistance with your loan request I am a Nationwide Lender that specializes in low-to-no down payment mortgage loan solutions and renovation/rehab loans (FHA 203k, HomePath Renovation, HomeStyle).

The best place would be with a reputable lender in your area that also offers credit counseling to put you on the path to credit worthiness.
