This house is well below market value and is a beautiful 4 Bd colonial with a finished basement in a great location (10 mins from the Allentown Wegmans supermarket). The neighborhood is really nice and it has easy access to major highways. Check it out, I'm sure you will be impressed. Nothing even near it in terms of quality and $value. Good Luck:

I'm sure you'll find plenty of wonderful homes in our area in the price range you are looking in. Find yourself a good buyer's agent to represent you and your interests, and you'll be able to find plenty of nice homes in our pretty healthy market here in the Lehigh Valley.
