You may find both on a existing property. It will likely be within a half hour of Grand Rapids and can already be setup. This will reduce your costs both for the property and moving your purchased mobile home to a site.

Anthony, there are many factors into finding the right home....condition is a big one and the value or depreciation factor is also something to consider. Many insurance companies will not insure mobile homes after a certain age. The cost is low to get into but the heating and cooling cost may cost you as much as monthly lot rent. Check out these homes carefully. If you need help that doesn't cost you a dime...do a search on the link below. Hope this gives you some help and things to consider.

Anthony:

To help start your search, speak with a qualified real estate professional in our vicinity who knows the market and migh be aware of someone interested in leasing to you land use for the mobile home. Unfortunately, since real estate is highly specialized per geographical region, and you are asking some extremely specific questions, your best bet is to work directly with a Realtor.

Good luck!!
