Especially when the person asking the question just asked "Would like to live in Lower/Central East or West, have $650000 and need 1000s.ft Suggestions?" a few minutes ago. With 400K cash you have so many options. A lot depends on your lifestyle, family situation, personal interests, geographically preferences and so many other factors. With that much cash and needing that little space, you can go pretty much anywhere. Maybe not Hong Kong, and with the weak dollar, London is probably out, but that's about it.
