FIRST ANSWER

Hi Lecox9,

it's tough to answer this question, because it's a little vague. Are you looking for a condo/coop (apartment to buy), a house, or something else? There's a nice condo project in Astoria that has a great BBQ deck it's a huge community use space that is at no extra charge. It's fairly close to the train and the prices are in the $400K range. All 1 bedroom units starting at 711 - 854 sqft. I may show it tomorrow early evening.
