First time buyer

I have never bought a house and I think i'm ready, i'm 20 years old, I have a5 months credit history, and I have never been late on paying any of my bills, where and how should I start, I have my eyes on this one house but I don't know what steps to take.

In order to qualify for a mortgage normally Banks or a private lenders will ask for the past two years of income tax, employment history (with minimum two years in the same job), good credit history and the amount of money that you have for a downpayment and closing cost.

Contact a mortgage broker is 1st step HOWEVER you will be required 2 years of employment , 3.5 % or more down payment. Broker can detail all the requirements
