First Time Trying To Make It Out On My Own
I would like to know if the owner of this house could really help me out. I am looking for something really close to Charlotte St to help my boyfriend out with his grandmother. I am also trying to make it out of my own for the first time. But yet im on a fixed income & really need to know if they will be so kind as to concider me a rent to own or to rent from them. I have a very good rental history. I always pay on time. I stick to myself. I am very clean & organized. I really need this blind faith. So if you can just help me out & ask the owner to take a leap for me. I am begging for a start of my own, something of myself, & begging your help to do it! Please?!?!?

I sympathize with your situation. I think the first step for you is to find a local Realtor. You may want to write a nice letter to go along with your offer to include the reasons your liked the home and why you need to be in that neigborhood.
Realtor should be able to assist with financin and rent to own options. You could also speak with a loan officer at a local bank financing. It looks like the home is for sale. The owners may no longer want to rent it. However, you could look in the local papers for rentals nearby.
