Finding a realtor who handles Double Springs Alabama area

I contacted a realtor from a well known firm regarding a particular property and she was so helpful until I gave her the details--a cheap property====since then nothing.---all I was asking was info regarding this property and the area. Obviously not worth her effort financially,
