Financing question? How to finance up to 100% without the $8000 first time homebuyer help?

My wife and I are looking to relocate to Spring Hill and do not qualify for the $8000 credit for first time
home buyers. We have excellent credit. Is there a way to finance 100% in this market?

Hi Frank,

David was on the money with his answer regarding USDA & VA Loans both having 100% options.

If you're not already working with a Realtor here in Spring Hill - head over to http://www.HernandoLuxuryHomes.com and I'd be happy to help.

In many cities there are city and neighborhood revitalization organizations that provide downpayment assistance and grants to first time home buyers. I would recommend contacting a few Realtors in the area you're interested in, if anything like this exists in your area one of them should be able to direct you the proper organization.

You can look into USDA and VA loans, there are 100% options for both of them.
