Financial disclosure when signing sales agreenent

After entering into sales agreement, learned home was going to Sheriff sale for foreclosure in 30 days. What recourse do I have with the listing agent?

I've been at Sherriff Sales where the property has been withdrawn. Don't know if you can stop it. You might have to bid on the property at the auction. Done that too! Good Luck!
