This really depends on the park. Some are low--in the 200 dollar range--some are mid-range, maybe 400-500ish, and some parks are really high. The listings will say what that particular space's rent is, which helps. And, a big plus, is that some parks are owned by the residents, so there is a homeowner's fee, but no space rent (and the homeowner's fees are usually lower, and go right to the residents to keep up the park, not to provide income for a landlord). The park on Orchard street (Soquel) is in the process of buying the park, for example, and it means that owners will also get a nice boost in value when that happens!
