FHA for Jackson Heights condos?
We are looking for condos in Jackson Heights, since the down payment terms are more flexible. We're approved for FHA, but I'm wondering if condos in JH accept FHA financing. Any help appreciated!

FIRST ANSWER
Hi LM68, You need to find a Condo that does not have right of 1st refusal on any offer. If the Condo board has the right of 1st refusal- those buildings cannot get FHA financing-that is my understaning!!. Any questions call me 718-614-3167 cell
