Ex-spouse and lawyer have not transferred home title and now want me to pay property taxes he also kept escrow account after I paid off the mortgage

Divorce final in March 2013 and part of settlement was ownership of home. What are my options?

I highly recommend you contact your attorney regarding this. Hopefully for your sake everything was clearly spelled out in your divorce decree.

I would contact the attorney that represented me during the divorce as they should have made sure there was a deed filed of record transferring title into our name only, etc.
