Estimated short sale time with B of A, not using Equator?

I don't think you have a choice. I think BofA short sales all go through Equator. They are still taking about 3 months. That being said, I am working on one now that is in month 5.

I was told that because the seller has an FHA loan, that they will not be using Equator.

Short Sale answers from B of A,... Depends on the listing agent, the property, the negotiator and the persistence.
45 days tops is my guess.

I believe all of their short sales are entered through Equator both for HAFA and nonHAFA short sales.

I was advised that they will NOT be using equator, because the seller has an FHA loan.....
