I work a lot with condos and townhomes and although this type of exterior finish has been known to be problematic, I have not heard of any issues in this community. Try contacting the management company directly and asking them -- here is their contact info.

I own a few units in that complex. No problems to report. The main issue in the past with EFIS exterior finishes, is that this kind of texture can not be at ground level. It will absorb moisture at the bottom and rot away. Most building codes since the early 90's have answered this problematic situation. Most buildings with these finishes now have a block or brick base at least 6 inches or higher above grade before the EFIS texture is applied. This helps with the old problems of moisture damage. If you are in the market for a condo, be sure if you are going with an FHA loan, the complex is approved for it. Contact me anytime with questions. I can help. If you are in the market as well I can help you find the place to suit your needs.

THANKS for the question.
