Does the state of NJ still offer the property tax rebate program for homeowners who purchase in 2009?

If I purchase a home in 2009 will I qualify for the rebate next year? If so, how much do you get back?

That remains to be seen if we are getting anything. ther cuts this year with talk of eliminating it due to budget constraints. Who knows!
