Does the PHFA give loans to purchase a manufactured home built in 1979 on a permanent foundation?

Hi Claire,

The PHFA does give loans for manufactured homes on permanent foundations. The home's age isn't a factor, according to the PHFA rep with whom I spoke, but the home must undergo and pass required inspections and appraisals (as does any home).
