Does naca really help you get a loan?

Check into NACA but also go to the loan officer in the Bank you do your business in and see what you might qualify for. You never know. Of course your question does invite other questions. I'll just remind you that nobody can work miracles in mortgage lending. You still need to have some cash, reasonably decent credit and a good work history.

One thing to keep in mind. The "Fed" has stated they will start to taper off their so-caled Quantatative easing. This has been a large part of why loan interest rates have been historically low but that will change. You can expect interest rates to creep up and that would certainly impact how much house anyone can afford. If you have serious interest to purchase, it's time to get your ducks in a row. Good luck.
