Hi Julie,

Realistically no. The only homes in Westwood that are available in this price range are foreclosures, handyman specials, very small homes, or homes on busy roads. And quite honestly, most of them are garbage and should be knocked down and rebuilt. I would look in other communities with this budget.

yes but there is not much selection in that price range. You might want to extend you search area to include Emerson and washington
