Does anyone specialize in the Chicago suburb of Flossmoor? I'm considering looking for a home there, am

wondering if the neighborhood is stable or on the decline. Also, what are some of the more desirable blocks within the neighborhood -- house prices seem to vary greatly based on location.

I grew up in Flossmoor and have nothing but good memories. I'm also a real estate agent. I"d be happy to send you information about the town. My email is: john@continuumbrokers.com

FIRST ANSWER

The east part of Flossmoor is the most desireable. The box from Governor's Highway on the west, to Dixie Highway on the east, 183rd on the North and Volmer to the south.

The housing and people in that "section" are clearly on another level than the other parts of Flossmoor.

That being said, there really are no "bad" areas of Flossmoor.
