Does anyone specialize in forclosures in Farmington, New Mexico or Durango, Colorado?
I'm looking for a house in the Farmington, New Mexico or Durango, Colorado area and I don't mind fixing it up myself. Does anyone have a realtor in that area who specializes in properties which need help?
There aren't that many foreclosures in Farmington; the few we do have are usually manufactured homes. We are one of the few areas that are experiencing a 6% apprecaition in sales prices over last year. Don't get me wrong we do have plenty of fixer-uppers though.
Any chance you might be interested in a brand new home in Bloomfield (near Farmington , Azte and 30 minutes from Durango)? We have a nice 3bdrm/2bath for sale at $235,000 OBO. Just thought I would ask :-). Good luck and best wishes on your search.
