Does anyone know which newspapers publish foreclosure notices in Fulton, Cobb and Dekalb Counties?

Asked by Solomon Greene, Duluth, GA Sun Oct 5, 2008

I can access them in Gwinnett County. Can anyone help.

FYI, I'm a real estate agent with full access to the MLS services. I'm just trying to come up with a creative way to to serve a client.

Thanks in advance.

This is not the only resource..
I have found that McCulla Raymer's website is helpful..
If I understand correctly
McCulla Raymer is one of the largest Law firms that represents the banks in the foreclosure process.
they list on this website all of the properties they represent on behalf of the bank
that are SCHEDULED to go into foreclosure on the courthouse steps. Thousands of properties are
listed here every month.
This site lists all properties in GA.
You can then go to the courthouse steps and purchase with cash.... keeping in mind that
you would have to pay all back taxes, liens, etc..
or you could just wait for it to go into REO - Bank Owned after foreclosure.. and
you probably would get a better price.

Solomon -

Cobb had a great government site, let me poke around and see if I can find it again.
