St Regis closings will occur over the next month or two. After this, owners may re-sell their units.
We have a 3 bedroom/4bath Black Diamond Lodge for sale now at $1.99M furnished, located just next door to the St Regis on the Wide West ski run.

The resale of the St. Regis in Monarch Beach is not disclosed yet, but the sources I have talked to say there will be no interruption in the hotel operations.
