You can look on the Fort Bend County Tax Appraiser web site. Look at that address and see what the tax rate is per 100 of appraised value.
If the home is repurchased it may be that rate times the purchase price unless they think the price is too low for some reason. You can count on it being somewhere on a sliding scale between what you purchase the property for and what it is appraised for at this time. Leaning on the higher side of the scale.
