Does anyone know what is going on with 1 Windbrook in Crystal Forest? It was on the market for quite some
time at a very discounted price compared to what it should be worth. I believe it was in the pre foreclosure stage at the time. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, I have not seen it come back on the market yet and I cannot tell if the home is vacant or not.
FIRST ANSWER
As far as I can tell, it looks as if this property was withdrawn from the MLS several months ago. Perhaps it was foreclosed on... I would keep an eye out for it as it might be relisted in the future if the bank took possession. The other option would be the current owners still have possession and are up to date with their financing.
