Does anyone know the price rangs for the subdivison The Arbors? I love that neighborhood. The one off of Bonny Oaks

I just did the comps for one of my clients today. The average price per sq ft is $96.

The price range is a bit wide simply because of different builders building several different styles. We agree with you, The Arbors has the combination of location on that side of town, price and variety in a small, quiet community.

The current homes for sale in The Arbors are on the maret from $139,900 to $244,900 and range from about 1400 sq ft to 2200 sqt ft with most being 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. There are currently 8 homes listed for sale in The Arbors. Prices range from $140,000 to $245,000 depending on the size of the home, how recently it was constructed, and the available features. If you need any additional information, please let me know.

Homes are currently priced from $180's to $250's with past sales of $130's to $250's. I've shown several homes in the neighborhood and I think there are some good buys in there. Good luck!
