I sold about 40 income properties last year between Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Francis Creek, and Two Rivers. They sold each on the market for 140-160 days. They were listed by other Brokers. Mine sold in about 30 days. Amy it's hard to tell you a general time with out knowing the price range you are interested in. The homes priced below $250,000 are selling faster than the $500000 homes right now. As a average it is taking 3-6 months to sell a home in today's market. A well priced home in top condition is still selling within 30 days!
