Does anyone know of any private creek front/stream front homes for sale in the Smoky Mountain Area?
I live in S. Florida and am looking for a vacation home that is private (not in crowded neighborhood) with stream on the property and near the Smokies for our family use only. I am not interested in a home that would be used in a rental program. My budget allows for a home up to $125,000 as this would be a second home. I am in no rush, but can be if presented with the right home. I really don't want to go the foreclosure/short sale route as I have read it is very frustrating. For sale by owner would be great, but I haven't been able to locate on the internet. Possibly a local paper or if someone knows of a home for sale that fits my needs , please let me know.
